At I dream of Geanni, we aim to provide the most reliable and highly professional Adult Entertainment Business in Australia including our pre-sales and post-sales support.  We have defined and stated our Cancellation Refund Policy and made it available for all the clients and models to read.

This page defines our Adult Entertainment Cancellation Refund Policy at I dream of Geanni (“Geanni”).  THEREFORE, ALL BOOKINGS MADE WITH I DREAM OF GEANNI WITH A DEPOSIT ARE BOUND BY EACH AND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS STATED IN THIS CANCELLATION REFUND POLICY DEFINED BELOW.

 

1. DEPOSITS

Clients can pay deposits with Geanni via cash and cheque deposits at a NAB bank, electronic bank transfers, and credit card payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.  All deposits must have cleared and be available in the Geanni accounts before the date of the booking.

All Shows and Services Fees exclude a Goods & Service Tax (“GST”).  All Deposits will incur a GST of 10% in addition to the deposited amount.  Financial Institution Surcharges apply in the case of credit and debit card transactions of up to 3.5%.

The Balance of fees are to be paid in Cash to the model on arrival at the booking location.  The balance to be paid is the total fees (for shows, services and travel fees) less the deposit excluding the GST and Surcharges.

 

2. BOOKING GUARANTEES

It is the Client’s responsibility to book ahead of time, in advance of the party date, leaving enough time to organise and pay a securing deposit.

GEANNI DOES NOT GUARANTEE JOBS WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.  Geanni may refuse to accept Cash Only Jobs paid on the night at its sole discretion.  If Geanni does accept a cash only job, we will endeavour to provide a reasonable quality of service but reserve the right to reschedule booking time and the performing model at anytime and our sole discretion.

All Client jobs where a deposit has been paid in advance and received by Geanni before the booking will be guaranteed as per each terms and conditions stated in the sub-sections below:

  1. No Show; 
  2. Change of Models; 
  3. Appearance of Models; and
  4. State of Models.

GEANNI WILL REFUND CLIENT DEPOSITS PLUS GST AND ANY SURCHARGES AS PER GUARANTEES STATED BELOW.

2.1 No Show

The Model is to contact the Client (by Telephone, Text Message or Apps such as Facebook, etc) BEFORE THE SCHEDULED BOOKING TIME if running late to provide a new estimated time of arrival.  The Client is to contact Geanni immediately at the Scheduled Booking Time if the Model has not arrived on time or has not contacted the Client.

Geanni will contact the Model and advise the Client the status of the Model’s estimated time of arrival.

Clients are to give the Model an extra 1 hour leeway from the Scheduled Booking time in the case the Model is running late.  Clients have the right to NOT accept a new scheduled booking time outside the 1 hour leeway.

If there is a reason the Client cannot reschedule a time then it is the Client’s responsibility to advise Geanni at the point in time of the original booking before the deposit was paid.

Note - The Client will forfeit the Deposit If the Client is not at the Booking Location at the Scheduled Booking Time.  It is at the Model’s sole discretion if the Model chooses to wait for the Client to arrive or continue on to their next job.  The Model will give the Client 15 (fifteen) minutes leeway.

2.2 Change of Models

Only Booked Models can perform the Shows and Services as requested and booked by the Client with Geanni.  Models cannot reassign jobs without the explicit acceptance of the Client, and advising Geanni in advance with a written notification.

The Clients is to contact Geanni immediately if a Non Booked Model arrives.  Geanni will contact the Booked Model and advise the Client the status of the Booked Model’s estimated time of arrival.

2.3 Appearance of the Model

The Clients is to contact Geanni immediately if a Model arrives and the Clients considers the Model does NOT appear like their digital images submitted.

It is the Model’s responsibility to provide Geanni with digital images (photos and videos) that can be used to advertise the Model and be presented to the Client for selection.  All digital images must be a true and reasonable resemblance of the Model at the date of the booking.

Resemblances includes but not limited to the following characteristics of hair colour, hair length, tattoos, body augmentation, body size and any other physical characteristics that would effect a Client’s decision to book or not book the model for a specific job.

The Client acknowledges that all digital images go through a process of edits, retouching and enhancements to make the image more appealing for the audience.  But any and all enhancements must leave the digital image a true and reasonable resemblance of the Model.

2.4 State of the Models

THE CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF THE PARTY’S ATTENDEES INCLUDING THE PERFORMERS AND ANY ADDITIONAL PEOPLE SUCH AS SECURITY.  It is the Clients sole discretion to determine if a Model is fit to perform the Booked Shows and Services.

The Clients is to contact Geanni immediately if a Model arrives intoxicated from alcohol and or drugs or not in a state to perform the Booked Shows and Services.

3. FOREGO DEPOSIT

The Client will forego the rights to any guarantees as stated above and as a consequence the Deposit if any of the following occurs

3.1 Continue Anyway with Models

THE CLIENT WILL FOREGO ALL OF THEIR RIGHTS TO A REFUND AND WAIVE THOSE RIGHTS IF THE CLIENT PROCEEDS AND CONTINUES ANYWAY WITH MODELS DEFINED AS UNACCEPTABLE IN SUB-SECTIONS 2.1 SCHEDULED BOOKING TIME, 2.2 CHANGE OF MODELS, 2.3 APPEARANCE OF MODELS AND 2.4 STATE OF MODELS.

If the Client wants a refund as per the terms and conditions as defined in Sections 2.1 to 2.4 inclusive then the Client is to contact Geanni immediately at the Scheduled Booking Time or at the Point in Time of the Model’s arrival.  The Client is to advise Geanni why the model is unacceptable.

3.2. Rules & Regulations

CLIENTS AND THEIR GUESTS MUST ABIDE BY EACH AND EVERY OF THE CLIENTS THAT FAIL TO MEET THE SHOWS AND SERVICES RULES (Adult Entertainment Shows and Services Rules) as stated on our website.   CLIENTS WILL FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID TO GEANNI AND THE MODEL.  IN OTHER WORDS, GEANNI WILL NOT REFUND THE DEPOSIT AND THE MODEL WILL NOT REFUND THE SHOWS AND SERVICE FEES AND ANY MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSES.  BY PHYSICALLY TRYING TO FORCE THE MODEL TO RETURN FUNDS MAY RESULT IN SUBSEQUENT ACTION WITH THE THE LAW ENFORCEMENT.

4. EXTENT OF THE GUARANTEES

The above terms and conditions as defined in Section 2.1 to 2.6 are the total extent of the Guarantees by GEANNI in regards to refunds of the deposit and any paid GST with bank charges in the case of credit card payments.

THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GEANNI IS LIMITED TO THE EXTENT OF ANY DEPOSITS PAID BY THE CLIENT FOR A SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL JOB ON A GIVEN DATE.  GEANNI IS NOT RESPONSIBLE TO REFUND ANY MONIES PAID BY THE CLIENT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN PART OR IN WHOLE TO THE MODEL.

The Models are selected by the Client, hired by the Client, paid directly by the Client and Managed by the Client while on the booked job.  The Model is effectively a subcontractor of the Client.  Clients are to negotiate directly with Models in regards REFUNDS FOR THEIR Shows and Services and Fees.

 

 

5. HOW TO APPLY FOR A REFUND

If the Client wants a refund as per the terms and conditions as defined in Sections 2.1 to 2.6 inclusive then the Client is to contact Geanni immediately at the Scheduled Booking Time or at the Point in Time of the Model’s arrival.  The Client is to advise Geanni why the model is unacceptable.

Next, the client is to complete the Refund Application Form at the bottom of this page.

Refunds will be processed once the deposit has cleared into the Geanni bank account.  Refunds will be transferred via electronic bank transfer and takes between 2 to 3 business days to be sent to the Clients Bank account.
